You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

If you are located in the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required.

🛍️ Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Intimate wear, bedding, or personal-use items once opened

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like a different color, size, or variation, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the original item

  2. Placing a new order for the preferred item

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at customersupport@allhomegoodsshop.com so we can resolve it quickly through a replacement, refund, or store credit.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
